HRJA Trail clearing/workday at the G Property (Green County)

Please help us in the upkeep of this property that HRJA is lucky to have for our use.

A workday is a wheeling day just at a slower pace. Stopping for dead fall cutting. Cutting brush and briars back from the trail edges.

Every new or blocked trail that gets opened gets tried by everyone who feels up to it.

We mainly need to trim the trails in preparation of the Green County Rally over Labor day weekend. Planning to return again after hunting season in Dec. or Jan.

You can arrive any time after 6 PM on Friday the 28^th and you can stay until Sunday the 30^th if you want to enjoy some campfire time.

Dollar General minutes down the road if you need Ice or other supplies during your stay.

Please be sure to bring gloves, and trail cutting tools if you have them. (Chainsaw, Pruners, String trimmer with brush blade)

Kids are welcome to come as well If they can use a set of pruners bring them along. Tell them hard workers earn HRJA Bucks as well!

We can use the help even if you don’t want to drive just meet at the below location and grab a passenger seat. The more people the easier the workday and more time to play.

Many hands make light work!

Feel free to stay overnight, Bring your own food and refreshments. Gas grill available for cooking if you need it.

Steep gravel driveway, know your tow rigs limits.
